We are adding a new page called "Featured Rooms" and we are looking for your snapshots of your room, We will select a new winner each month to be featured at the top of the list, Winners will receive one month free advertising on our top spot, The number 1 top position on our page of featured rooms.
How to enter
We just need you to send in some pics of your room and a description of your location and tourist attractions, Send to airbnb3@gmail.com Send in your pics now... Nice n early.
We will start showing our winners featured rooms starting November 2011 and will run until end of April 2012 and there will be a total of six winners who will have their rooms featured with us on the top of our list here on this blog.

Airbnb is a social community website with holiday home/room owners who have accommodation available for short and long term stays.
Who can I rent to?
Inside the airbnb members website you will find their are groups and a popular one is Yoga - The Yoga group on airbnb may help you find people who practise Yoga and are looking for a tranquil peaceful room (Yoga rooms) for a relaxing break away. You can log in to airbnb now - Sign up or login with your facebook profile if you have one. Another great example would be if you live in London, You could rent out to the visitors who come to see the Olympics in 2012. Among the rest of the groups of people you could rent your room to golfers and skiers, When the golf resort or ski resort has reached it's capacity then holiday makers may seek other alternatives and choose your room. If you live close to any ski resorts or golf resorts then this may go down well with those groups of people.
How much can I earn?
Depending on your room size, accommodation, facilities and it's overall appeal will depend on what you should ask, My advice would be to compare prices with other similar rooms and adjust to your own best judgement.
