Inside the airbnb members website you will find their are groups and a popular one is Yoga - The Yoga group on airbnb may help you find people who practise Yoga and are looking for a tranquil peaceful room (Yoga rooms) for a relaxing break away. You can log in to airbnb now - Sign up or login with your facebook profile if you have one. Another great example would be if you live in London, You could rent out to the visitors who come to see the Olympics in 2012. Among the rest of the groups of people you could rent your room to golfers and skiers, When the golf resort or ski resort has reached it's capacity then holiday makers may seek other alternatives and choose your room. If you live close to any ski resorts or golf resorts then this may go down well with those groups of people.
